Serpil Karadağ - Girişim Savaşçısı

Serpil Karadağ

I would like to share a quote from Victor Hugo that I enjoyed very much:

“Everyone thinks of changing humanity, but no one thinks of changing himself first.”

There’s a lot of hustle and bustle in your life. When you say go to work, come home, spend time with your loved ones, take care of your family, ensure that your children receive the best education, bring home bread, have you ever stopped and looked at yourself? “What do I really want?” Did you say? Has that moment of awareness come knocking on your door?

If so, welcome to us.

It doesn’t matter whether you have a start-up idea or the company you founded. Even if you don’t have any ideas, just aim to do something and be worried about it. “You have to start somewhere, but where?” This training will be right next to you at the point you say.

I like to describe it more as a journey rather than education. Maybe it’s a toolbox to learn about uncertainty, time, communication with the team and self-management. This is a process where you stop and look at yourself, say what you want, sometimes you find it, sometimes you can’t, but when you can’t find it, you get support. In short, it is a journey that you start from yourself… It is a story in which you start from yourself, but gradually grow, develop, expand your sphere of influence, and even transform your social perspective after a while. The state of leaving me and becoming us. Even a community where you are us, we are us.

These are all the issues I felt, experienced and saw in this program. Maybe even one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself. It is a platform that I enjoy being a part of, am proud of, and where I can both have fun and do business with the people I meet here.

If you are reading this article, I have only one piece of advice for you: If you come across this training, do not hesitate, apply immediately! Because, if you are looking for a program outside the standards and norms where you can find a better version of yourself with many mentors and program coaches who are experts in their fields, where you will often have difficulty but never give up, where you will be very tired but where you will enjoy it, you are in the right place!

Because as Jean Paul Sartre said:

“Man is not the sum of what he has, but the sum of what he has not yet achieved.”
