We reduce fabric waste.

People send about 92 million tons of textile waste to landfills every year. We use efficient fabric cutting techniques to reduce the total amount of waste and cut with minimum waste.

We use GOTS certified fabrics. (Global Organic Textile Standard)

GOTS is a standard that includes both environmental and social criteria in all post-harvest processes (yarn, knitting, weaving, dyeing) of all apparel products made with organic cotton. GOTS guarantees the organicity of textile products, from the harvest of raw materials to the production of the fabric, through environmentally and socially responsible production to assure the consumer.

We do not use harmful chemicals in fabric production.

A large number of harmful chemicals such as lead, mercury, chlorine, and formaldehyde are used in fabric production. These can harm our world’s ecosystem and people. Unfortunately, some of these can be carcinogenic.

The project, implemented by Venture Warrior participants Gülseren Yaman and Arzu Turgay, produces textile products with less water and energy consumption and less carbon emissions.
