MASAK Chief Inspector / Taxation Specialist ENTREWAR Mentor
Alpaslan Kumaş was born in Elazığ in 1976, and graduated from Ankara High School. After graduating from Middle East Technical College, he continued his education in the Civil Service and is a Management graduate. After spending some time working in the private sector, he gained a position as a Revenue Supervisor. He managed the Risk Analysis Unit of the Tax Supervisory Board from 2011 and 2013.
After completing his post-graduate education in Economics at Vanderbilt University in the USA, Alpaslan Kumaş was appointed as an inspector at MASAK. He is a final year student in the Legal Faculty, and holds Certified Financial Inspector and Independent Auditing licenses.
He has represented our country at many OECD meetings, both domestically and internationally, and has published articles in the field of financial law in peer-reviewed journals.
Alpaslan is an amateur rebab player. He is married and has three children.
